Tonini Ranch enjoys spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Morro Rock, with the Los Osos Valley as a backdrop. The 637 acres consist of 140 fertile, irrigated acres, which produce sugar peas, garbanzo beans and hay. There are three cattle pastures and a recently modernized 1908 home. Three wells and a pond provide water for livestock, irrigation and domestic use.
